ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while building valuable customer service and communication skills? Our State Farm agency is looking for a dependable and friendly Part-Time Intern to support our team and assist customers with day-to-day needs.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable speaking with customers, and eager to learn. No insurance license or previous insurance experience is required. We offer a flexible schedule with approximately three workdays per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team member
- Assist customers with making payments
- Take accurate messages and communicate information to the team
- Complete basic administrative and office support tasks
- Help keep daily office operations organized and running smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
- Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed
- Basic computer skills
- No insurance license or previous insurance experience required
POSITION DETAILS:
- Pay: $15 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 3 days per week
- Hours: Flexible
- Licensing: No insurance license required
