I opened my agency in October of 2024 after spending my entire career with State Farm, starting when I was just 18 years old. Coming from a State Farm family — with my brother also serving as an agent — this business has always been about more than a job; it’s about building something lasting with people you trust. Our team currently includes three members, and we’re a young, growing office with a strong emphasis on teamwork, energy, and shared success. Staying grounded in what matters is important to me, and I’m actively involved with my church and a local special education program as part of that commitment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Solomon Barwegen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensación: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
