I opened my agency in October of 2024 after spending my entire career with State Farm, starting when I was just 18 years old. Coming from a State Farm family — with my brother also serving as an agent — this business has always been about more than a job; it’s about building something lasting with people you trust. Our team currently includes three members, and we’re a young, growing office with a strong emphasis on teamwork, energy, and shared success. Staying grounded in what matters is important to me, and I’m actively involved with my church and a local special education program as part of that commitment.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Solomon Barwegen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
